Categories we ingest.

We do not claim a universal data lake. We claim depth in the categories that actually precede transactions in your vertical. Every category below carries license terms and provenance you can audit.

Public filings and records

Permits, deeds, UCC filings, court records, regulatory submissions, and corporate registry data, normalized across jurisdictions.

Ownership and capital

Entity ownership graphs, capital structure events, loan maturities, and registered transactions sourced from authoritative records.

Web and media

Operator-published content, press, hiring, executive movement, and industry trade press, ingested with provenance preserved.

Licensed partner feeds

Vertical-specific datasets we license per industry where exclusive depth is the differentiator. Sources are disclosed in your data manifest.

Intent and engagement

Behavioral signals we are contractually licensed to use. We do not buy or resell unverified consumer data.

Enrichment is where raw records become something a deal team can act on. We resolve identity, attach relationships, surface the right decision-maker, and preserve provenance so nothing arrives in your CRM without a paper trail.

    We collapse aliases, subsidiaries, and registry variants into a single canonical entity with an audit trail back to source records.

    Owners, operators, advisors, capital providers, and counterparties are linked so a signal on one node propagates to the relevant decision-maker.

    Decision-maker attachment
    Roles are resolved to current individuals at the entity, with contact data sourced under legitimate-interest and consent frameworks.

    Provenance and timestamping
    Every enriched field carries source, license, and capture time so the same record can be reproduced and disputed if needed.

Only opportunities that clear your bar are routed.

Each enriched entity is run through a sequence of checks calibrated to your deal economics and historical wins. Everything below the bar is suppressed before it reaches your team.

Does the entity match your ICP on size, geography, and structure?

Is the signal within the buyable window your historical wins define?

Does the implied deal size clear your minimum and your platform-fee math?
