Warewink was founded on a simple conviction. The next decade of institutional revenue will be won by firms that can read signal where the rest of the market sees noise, and lost by firms paying for tools that get paid whether the firm wins or not. We built a platform, and a compensation model, to fix both halves of that problem.

01 / Mission

Aligned incentives, by design.

Most revenue tools sell access. They get paid the same whether a deal closes or not. We do not. Our 5% revenue share attaches only to a documented closing event, sourced or influenced by a Warewink-detected signal and reconciled in your CRM. If we cannot prove we moved a deal, we do not get paid on it.

Warewink runs on the foundational AI capability stack of Sitka AI Technologies. Sitka builds applied AI for high-consequence environments. Warewink is the vertical product where that capability meets institutional revenue. The shared infrastructure means the engine compounds faster than a single-purpose tool ever could.

We pick verticals where one transaction is worth millions, where timing is the differentiator, and where the buyer expects a serious counterpart on the other side of the conversation. We do not build for everyone. That is the point.
