How we protect your data

We ensure that data that you share with us remains with us or with the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) tool that we use to manage subscriber/customer/client/user records. The CRM provider that we use is a globally recognized vendor with appropriate data privacy policy in place.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We send automated emails and, at times, SMS to users who exclusively subscribe to receiving our emails/SMS. The messages sent via emails and SMS are highly personalized so that subscribers receive only relevant messages based their your interests. Based on the interaction of subscribers with our emails/SMS, we relocate them in a suitable campaign to send them more personalized messages in future. We also remove the user information from our database if one requests to unsubscribe permanently.
